Nordic walking was the perfect exercise for me 4 years ago. It has improved my posture and stamina. And…  since then I have made new friends, walked in many different places (and in different weathers) and done my leader training (Nov 15 with Nordic Walking UK). There is nothing better than on a winter’s morning getting ‘out there’ and the summer walking is pretty good, too. With the changing seasons there is always something new to see, so familiar paths are full of interest, as is each combination of people and their views on life and their surroundings.
